Where do I find my tracking number?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days of purchase. Check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it. You can also see it any time on your order status page.
My tracking hasn't updated
International parcels can go quiet for 3–5 days while they pass between carriers or through customs. That's normal. If there's no update for 7+ days, email us with your order number (e.g. #ZORA1001) and we'll look into it.
