90-Day Adventurer's Oath

We want every adventurer to love their Zora Rune. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at team@lostinzora.com with your order number (e.g. #ZORA1001).
2. Our team replies within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Conditions

Returned items must include all original parts and packaging. Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
